Adrian Langford

Mr. Langford brings to CellCure more than 25 years of experience in medical corporate and business development. Mr. Langford’s career began in the field of emergency medicine management and evolved to include industrial medicine and occupational health where he worked with hospital systems to develop unique systems to manage injured workers. He then developed a medical procurement company for the purchase of medical supplies and services for insurance companies. He has been a Vice President of a Florida HMO and was the co-developer of an HMO in North Carolina. Mr. Langford’s HMO experience ranges from initial state filings to operations and ultimately through the acquisition of the HMO. Mr. Langford has been involved in the field of Integrative Medicine since 1996 when he developed a highly credentialed network of holistic providers and contracted with one of the largest HMOs in the country. The unique data set captured in his first integrative medicine pioneering experience paved the way for a seven year Integrative chronic pain management approach to managing chronically ill Medicaid patients for the State of Florida. Mr. Langford has been responsible for the development and implementation of a legislatively driven Integrative approach to managing Medicaid patients with pain in Florida and in 2012 provided the leadership for the implementation of a similar program which was also legislatively driven in New England. Mr. Langford is a frequent presenter on Integrative approaches to lowering cost and improving clinical outcomes. Adrian has an excellent understanding of quality management, regulated health environments, government relations and 25 years of experience serving the medical delivery system through unique program designs. Mr. Langford is the founder of Integrative Community Resource Group. Mr. Langford is currently involved in the development of company’s proprietary personalized opioid drug addiction susceptibility test.
